Building Committee – The Building Committee coordinates activities with architects, construction entities, the City of Weatherford, and other Board members as the building design, planning, and construction phases develop and are executed.
Building Fundraising Committee – The Building Fundraising Committee initiates and coordinates the fundraising and grant writing processes in support of the building project.
Programming Committee – The Programming Committee develops “Foundation specific” programs in the Gardens designed to foster awareness in the community of the Gardens, and promotes potential uses for the Gardens, through fund-raising events such as speaker series, music concerts, and art events.
Marketing Committee – The Marketing Committee is responsible for developing community awareness of the Gardens and the Foundation’s purpose and initiatives, including the building and endowment campaigns.
Membership Committee – The Membership Committee is responsible for recruiting members to the Chandor Gardens Society, and developing a membership plan for Society members that encourages participation in achieving the overarching goals of the Foundation.
